Our beloved Full Moon Suppers at Salt Water Farm have a new format: A cooking class! On the evening of the Full Moon, we will teach eight students how to prepare a signature Salt Water Farm supper, after which we will sit down and enjoy all of our hard work. In this class, we will address how to gracefully prepare a five course meal for a table full of hungry guests. We will discuss shopping, timing, execution and presentation. For many, entertaining can be daunting, but through this class you will gain a more meaningful and measured approach to hosting your own parties.
