Mossy Rock Farm in Appleton, Maine created this delicious shrub for us, capturing the beautiful tart flavor profile of the berries and pairing it with local Sparky’s Apiary honey and organic apple cider vinegar from Sewall Orchard in Lincolnville. Every sip bursts with a complex flavor profile that balances bright, citrusy tartness with notes of lush apricot and pineapple.
We love it right out of the bottle as a health shot or combined with sparkling water, prosecco, or with an herbaceous gin or vodka for a bright and festive cocktail.
