From selecting and sourcing the perfect cuts of meat, learning to make your own chorizo, and knowing how to prepare flavorful salsas and complementary side dishes, we’ll celebrate the simplicity of the taco! We’ll also discuss what equipment you’ll need and helpful tips and tricks that’ll make your next backyard gathering exceptionally festive!
